At Velisse Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@velisselabs.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • A description of the issue

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Returns

For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.

Orders that remain sealed and unused may be eligible for return approval within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was caused by Velisse Labs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
